Trip Advisor states thay are an unbiased review site. However, they do not allow any criticism of their site. They allow anonymous, unsubstantiated reviews and foster a very negative, dangerous forum where anyone (even business competitors) may slander very vulnerable businesses. Many reputable websites have changed their criteria and practices because they have realized how damaging and negative these unsubstantiaed reviews are becoming.
